What a Rallye Raid !!! We promised a Bigger and Better Rallye raid and based on feedback .. we delivered.

It was a combination of energies and efforts from the wonderful staff at Hermannsburg , the local farming community of Kranskop and various other players that made this all happen. The rain on Thursday set the scene and Fridays "Monster Mud" was challenging to say the least. The mighty Tugela and Mvoti river valleys exposed the 190 riders to some of the greatest Adventure Riding and some good news is " We'll be Back".

The 2010 event and planning of this will start in the next few months so watch this space. There are a few exciting options on the table and if we are going to up the game from Kranskop 2009 , the Red Cherry Team have got some work to do.

The Rallye Raid is a tough and testing 3 days of epic riding and high adventure. If you own a KTM Adventure bike (or have one in your sights), you should be making plans to join us.

It is also the only official gathering of KTM Adventure riders and the opportunity to get together with like-minded men and machines. You'll ride with, and learn from, fellow adventurers from all over the country and beyond!

In the spirit of adventure, the ideal is that everyone rides to the event carrying everything they need with them. Maps and GPS downloads of suggested routes will be posted on this. No participants' motor vehicles will be allowed anywhere near the campsite.
